Our Roasting Process
At Z Street Coffee, we roast to exacting, singular standards: yours. We rely more on time and sound (the cracking, or “popping” of the bean) in all our roasts to get it to where you want. Sight/color may not be a complete indicator of what level you requested, so every batch is truly custom roasted by our owner; the roast you pick is the one you’ll get!
Our Community
Giving people as much access to great coffee is something that we care deeply about; that’s why we started doing farmers markets, bazaars, etc. locally to give people that opportunity. We do multiple markets a week from May thru September, as well as seasonal markets/bazaars October-December. Z Street Coffee was founded on a passion for incredible coffee. Pioneered in 2012 as a home-based business in Auburn, it was inspired by Jeff and Diane Pechacek’s pursuit for the perfectly balanced, silky smooth, unbeatably delicious cup of coffee. However, since everyone has different tastes, they decided to switch things up a bit and put you in control.
